From Yardley/Morrisville: Afton Avenue (West-which turns into Yardley/Langhorne Road). Go through the light at Stony Hill Road and under the I-95 overpass. Floral Vale is approximately 1/4 mile on the right. Make a right at the Floral Vale entrance, turn right at the clock tower, and turn right into the parking lot for #503. From Morrisville, take Edgewood Road (which blends into Yardley/Langhorne Road). Follow above directions from Yardley/Langhorne Road.

From Route 332 in Newtown: Take Route 332 East towards I-95. Make right at Stony Hill Road. Go straight through the next traffic light (becomes Township Line Road). Floral Vale is approximately 1/4 mile on the left. Make a left at the first Floral Vale entrance. At the Stop sign, turn right and go towards the clock tower. Turn right at the clock tower and go 3/4 around the circle, exit, and turn right into the parking area for #503.

From Levittown/Fairless Hills or Business Route 1 near Oxford Valley Mall: Take Business Route 1 to Oxford Valley Road North. Continue to light at Big Oak Road (Kohl's shopping center is on your right). Turn left onto Big Oak Road. After crossing train tracks, continue straight (becomes Township Line Road). Turn right at next light onto Langhorne/Yardley Road. Turn left into Floral Vale. Turn right at clock tower and exit circle at next right. Turn right into the parking area for #503.

From New Jersey or traveling South on I-95: I-95 to Exit 49 (Newtown). Right onto Route 332. At next light, turn left onto Stony Hill Road. Go straight through the next traffic light (becomes Township Line Road). Floral Vale is approximately 1/4 mile on the left. Make a left at the first Floral Vale entrance. At the Stop sign, turn right and go towards the clock tower. Turn right at the clock tower and go 3/4 around the circle, exit, and turn right into the parking area for #503.

From Philadelphia or traveling North on I-95: I-95 to Exit 49 (Newtown). Left onto Route 332. At light, turn left onto Stony Hill Road. From Doylestown: Take 413 South toward Newtown, go to end. At light, turn right toward 413 bypass. At next light, turn left (entrance to Tyler park will be directly ahead) onto 413 bypass. Follow around and it will become Route 332 East toward I-95 and Yardley. At Stony Hill Road turn right. Floral Vale is approximately 1/4 mile on the left. Make a left at the first Floral Vale entrance. At the Stop sign, turn right and go towards the clock tower. Turn right at the clock tower and go 3/4 around the circle, exit, and turn right into the parking area for #503.
